Group Workouts
  • 5 Offseason Sessions
Start and end dates for 5 offseasson sessions are Below

   Session 1: May 15th- June 10th
   Session 2: June 12th- July 8th
   Session 3:  July 10th- August 5th
   Session 4: August 7th- September 2nd
   Session 5: September 4th- September 30th

  • Workouts will run on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at the Oconnor Center on Xavier's campus. If there is a change in location for the workouts we will notify you in advance.  There is a maximum of 8 players available for each workout.  

Tuesday (Oconnor Sports Center)
5:30-6:30 Junior High Group (8 spots)
6:45-7:45 Highschool Group (8 spots)

Thursday (Oconnor Sports Center)
5:30-6:30 Junior High Group (8 spots)
6:45-7:45 Highschool Group (8 spots)

Saturday (Sports Plus)
10:00-11:15 All Ages (10 spots)
